Should you experience any security concerns you can dial 5555 from your room phone, or 585-599-5555 from your cell phone. 

If you encounter a maintenance concern in your room, please contact the front desk by dialing “0” from your room phone. Maintenance will be to your room as soon as possible. If you are not present in the room at the time of maintenance’s arrival, maintenance staff may enter your room unless it is requested that we wait for your return. In this case, we cannot guarantee when maintenance may be able to tend to your room. 

• Quiet hours are enforced from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please keep radios off and voices to a level that will not disturb neighboring guests. Excessively loud music and noise are prohibited at all times to maintain a family-friendly environment. This will be enforced by members of the Darien Lake Security Team.
• If you need to leave the property, each guest must have their accommodations wristband on as well as the provided car hang tang visible on the rearview mirror to gain access back into the facility. Your safety is our priority and ensuring only registered guests are permitted into the hotel/campground area is our goal.

Hotel check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate early check ins/late check outs. You are welcome to arrive to the hotel prior to check in time and if your room is ready and available we will check you in. If your room is not available you are welcome to leave your car in the hotel parking lot and head into the theme park (park admission is sold separately).

Check in/out times may vary based on seasonality. Be sure to check your arrival email that is sent about a week before your stay.

Park admission is sold separately from lodging reservations. You must obtain park admission on your own if you wish to visit the theme park. Park admission can be purchased online HERE. To walk to the theme park, please exit the hotel out the back lobby doors and walk past the pool. Head to the right and follow the pathway around the lake. It is about a 7 minute walk.

Six Flags Darien Lake is a cashless property. Cash is not accepted anywhere on property (with the exception of hotel vending machines and the laundromat in the campground). US Cash can be converted to a prepaid VISA card at one of our ReadyCard stations located throughout the park. The closest ReadyCard station is in the General Store located in Darien Square. 

We are happy to provide WiFi services to all of our hotel guests free of charge. To connect to the WiFi please choose the WiFi named DarienLakeGuest. Your browser should load our WiFi start page where you will select “Complimentary”. Our internet services provides you access to web browsing, checking emails, or updating your social media accounts. Our free WiFi service is not meant to support streaming activities.

Your room is equipped with cable TV. Unfortunately, based on varying TV models throughout the hotel, we are unable to provide a channel guide. If you experience issues with your TV please call the hotel front desk by dialing “0” on your room phone.

• Woody’s Café in the lobby of the hotel is available for grab and go food options (hours vary seasonally). Seating is available on a first come first serve basis in the lobby or outside on the pool patio.
• Beaver Brother’s Lakeside Café is located in Darien Square outside of the theme park entrance. Beaver Brother’s offers a daily breakfast buffet each morning from 9am-11am (operational days and hours subject to change).
• The General Store is located in Darien Square outside of the theme park entrance. The General Store offers snacks, drinks, grab and go deli salads, subs, and more! TIP – The General Store is also a great stop for some Darien Lake gear to take home with you!

All restaurants hours are subject to change based on seasonality and staffing availability. 

The outdoor Hotel Pool is open daily 9am-9pm and is monitored by certified lifeguards. Pool Towels are located on the pool deck. Hotel Pool hours are subject to change based on seasonality, weather changes, and staffing availability. 

Based on updated protocols, daily housekeeping services are not provided to in-house guests. Should your room require attention, or you need additional pillows, blankets, towels, etc. please do not hesitate to call the front desk by dialing “0” from your room phone. 

A coin operated laundromat is located in the campground behind the General Store and is available for guest use. The laundromat is box “C” on the Campground Map. 

Just like your fridge at home, items that are warm that are placed in the fridge will take some time to cool down. Overfilling the fridge will also slow the cooling process. The fridge is set at the proper cooling setting and should not be adjusted. Adjusting the fridge temperature risks causing the fridge to freeze over and become non-functional. 

Each room is equipped with a temperature control unit located underneath the window. Feel free to adjust the A/C and heat settings as needed. Should you experience issues with your unit please notify the front desk by dialing “0” from your room phone.

Extra amenities are available upon request, provided on a first come, first serve basis, and are never guaranteed. Extra amenities include rollaway cots, pack n’ plays, and iron/ironing boards. These items can be requested by dialing “0” from your room phone.

Our hotel is non-smoking in ALL rooms and areas. Smoking is also prohibited within 50 feet of the building. There are smoking areas beyond the hotel pool by the lake. Marijuana and marijuana enriched products are prohibited on property.

Disconnecting smoke alarms is a federal crime resulting in immediate eviction and fines.
