Q: Is the park going to be open during my stay dates?
A: Six Flags Darien Lake is temporarily closed. Following local and regional COVID-19 health directives, we will open as soon as it is safe to do so. While there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at the properties, the safety of our guests and team members is always our highest priority. We will continue to closely monitor this evolving situation, and follow the most current guidance from federal, state, and local officials.
Q: What changes have been made to the operating/concert schedule?
A: At this time, no definitive reopening date has been set. There are several options to reschedule your reservation, or cancel if you choose. Please review the sections below to learn your options.

Q: I would like to reschedule my reservation. What are my options?
A: We want to ensure you and your family are still able to enjoy a getaway at Six Flags Darien Lake. We encourage you to reschedule your reservation, rather than cancel. There are two options to reschedule your reservation:
1) You can reschedule your reservation to the 2021 season. At this point, all 2021 reservations must be made in the same unit/site number, and for the same year over year dates as 2020. All money currently paid on your reservation will remain and final payment will be due 60 days prior to arrival, as normal. Please note – no NEW reservations for 2021 will be made at this time. We are only rescheduling existing reservations.
2) You can reschedule your reservation for later in the 2020 season. Keep in mind, we are still constantly evaluating the status of COVID-19 and additional changes may be made to the 2020 operating calendar or concert schedule. Please note, that changing your dates to later in the season may result in a higher rate. Should your date change result in a lower rate, the lower rate will be honored. Please note that depending on the date you move your reservation to, your same unit/site may not be available.

Q: I would like to cancel my reservation. Will I be charged?
A: Currently, all cancellation fees are waived and you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. Please contact us to cancel at [email protected]. You will need to verify the last four digits of the credit card on file for us to process the refund.
Q: I have an upcoming payment for the remaining balance on my reservation. Am I still being charged?
A: We have temporarily suspended ALL automatic payments and updated our payment policy to state that your final payment will not be charged until at least 30 days prior to arrival. Please continue to check your email for specific updates to your reservation payment due date.
Q: Can I still make a reservation?
A: At this time we are not currently accepting new lodging reservations.
Q: What if there are travel restrictions that would prevent me from travelling to Darien Lake?
A: If there are travel restrictions or border closures that would prevent you from keeping your reservation please contact us via email at [email protected] and we can process a cancellation and a full refund for you. You will need to verify the last four digits of the credit card on file for us to process the refund.
Q: I see there may be a potential reservation system for the theme park. Do I need to separately make a reservation with this system?
A: You will receive information regarding making reservation for the theme park, when a date for reopening the theme park has been established.
