Q: Is the park going to be open during my stay dates?
A: We are preparing for the scheduled launch of our 2020 season. Like other public venues, we continue to monitor the situation and follow guidance from the US CDC. The health and safety of our Guests is our highest priority. As the status of the Coronavirus is constantly evolving, we will continue to closely evaluate our operating calendar and will keep you up to date with any changes.
Q: I would like to cancel my reservation. Will I be charged?
A: Currently, all cancellation fees are waived and you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund. Please contact us to cancel at [email protected]. You will need to verify the last four digits of the credit card on file for us to process the refund.
Q: I have an upcoming payment for the remaining balance on my reservation. Am I still being charged?
A: We have temporarily suspended ALL automatic payments and updated our payment policy to state that your final payment will not be charged until at least 30 days prior to arrival. Please continue to check your email for specific updates to your reservation payment due date.
Q: I still want to make a reservation – what will I be charged now?
A: If you make a reservation, you will be charged the standard 50% deposit. However, the remaining balance will not be due until at least 30 days prior to your arrival, and you can still cancel your reservation if you wish and receive a full refund.
Q: What if there are travel restrictions that would prevent me from travelling to Darien Lake?
A: If there are travel restrictions or border closures that would prevent you from keeping your reservation please contact us via email at [email protected] and we can process a cancellation and a full refund for you. You will need to verify the last four digits of the credit card on file for us to process the refund.
Q: What if the park closes or my concert is cancelled?
A: If there is any change to our 2020 operating calendar you will be notified as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued for your lodging reservation. If there is a concert cancellation, please contact us via email at [email protected] to arrange a refund for your lodging reservation.
Q: What changes have been made to the operating/concert schedule?
A: Currently no changes have been made to the 2020 park operating calendar.
